Offer Period: The Transfer Incentive (the “Incentive”) runs from March 24, 2026, 12:00 AM ET to March 31, 2026, 11:59 PM ET (the “Incentive Period”). Only qualifying actions taken within this timeframe will be eligible. DailyPay’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Incentive.
Eligibility: The Incentive is only open to individuals who during the Incentive Period: 1) are enrolled in DailyPay’s On-Demand Pay service; 2) do not have a DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card; 3) received a communication from DailyPay inviting the individual to participate in the Incentive (the “Communication”); and 4) opened the Communication.
Qualifying Account Actions: To receive a no-fee instant transfer (the “Bonus”), eligible individuals must successfully complete an instant transfer from their DailyPay Available Balance to an external account during the Incentive Period (the “qualifying action”). If you are an eligible individual and have successfully completed the qualifying action during the Incentive Period, the Bonus (waived instant transfer fee) will be applied immediately to the qualifying action.
Limitations: The Bonus is limited to one (1) no-fee instant transfer per eligible individual during the Incentive Period and is only available to individuals with an active DailyPay account at the time of the qualifying action. Completing multiple instant transfers will not result in multiple Bonuses; standard fees will apply to all subsequent transfers. You are solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes that may be associated with the acceptance and use of the Bonus. The Bonus is non-transferable to a third party, and no substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of DailyPay.
Other Terms: DailyPay reserves the right to terminate or modify these Terms and Conditions, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Incentive at any time for any reason.
The DailyPay Visa® Prepaid Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
