Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ODDS OF WINNING A PRIZE DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD.
OPEN ONLY TO ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO, AS OF THE TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD (OR THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR JURISDICTION OF RESIDENCE IF HIGHER THAN 18).
VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND ALL JURISDICTIONS OTHER THAN THOSE STATED ABOVE AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that the Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with your employer, Apple, Google or Meta, or Instagram. No Apple, Google, Meta or Instagram products are being used as prizes. You agree to release your employer, Apple, Google, Sponsor, Meta, Instagram and all Sweepstakes Parties from all claims arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes should be directed to Sponsor and not to your employer, Apple, Google, Meta, or Instagram.
DailyPay’s Employee Appreciation Day Instagram Giveaway 2026 (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are (i) eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher than 18) at the time of entry (ii) residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico and all jurisdictions other than those stated above and where prohibited or restricted by law. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a prize: (i) directors, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, and its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliated companies, marketing agencies, and any other parties involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes (Sponsor, collectively with the foregoing, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), (ii) any officer or employee of the U.S. government or a public sector employer, including without limitation, public and private K-12 educational institutions, and state owned higher educational institutions, and (iii) each of the immediate family members of such excluded individuals (i.e., spouses, parents, children, siblings and the “steps” of each) and all persons living in the same household of each. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules (“Official Rules”) and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes begins on March 6th, 2026 at 5:00:00 PM ET and ends on March 11th, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals must complete all of the following steps during the Entry Period:
Step 1: Like the designated @dailypay Instagram post promoting entry into the Sweepstakes.
Step 2: Follow the @dailypay Instagram account.
Step 3: Tag or shoutout your favorite coworkers in the comments on the designated @dailypay entry post, which will be live on or around March 6th, 2025 – March 11th, 2026
Eligible individuals will receive one (1) entry for completing all of the foregoing steps during the Entry Period. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
On or about March 12th, 2026, ten (10) potential winners will be selected from all eligible entries received via random drawing and will be notified by direct message on Instagram. Entrants must have the ability to receive direct messages from the Sponsor. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
In the event of any dispute concerning the identity of any entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person who is the authorized account holder of the Instagram account associated with the entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an Instagram account by Instagram. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
The following prizes are available to be won in the Sweepstakes: ten (10) $250 USD digital gift cards (each, a “prize”). Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes to be awarded is $2,500 USD. The potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules prior to being declared a winner and award of a prize. Each of the 10 winners will receive one prize. Limit of one (1) prize per person. No more than the stated number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.
Within two (2) weeks after the drawing date (on or about March 26, 2026) and after all winners provide their email addresses to Sponsor, an email from Reachdesk with a link to claim a prize will be sent to each winners’ email address. Each Winner must claim the prize within thirty (30) days from the date Reachdesk sends the link. If the prize is not claimed within such a time frame, the link will expire and such winner forfeits the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any prizes that are expired, lost, stolen, undeliverable, or returned. Prizes are subject to their respective terms and conditions as specified by the issuer.
The right to receive the prize cannot be transferred, assigned or redeemed for cash. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize is subject to availability and if the prize cannot be awarded, for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater retail value.
Each winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local, or other applicable taxes associated with the acceptance and use of the prize. If any winner wins an aggregate amount of $2,000 USD or more in ARV in prizes from promotions sponsored by the Sponsor in the calendar year 2026 (including, without limitation, the Sweepstakes), then such winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC in the amount of the approximate retail value of the prize(s) (as calculated by Sponsor) and must provide Sponsor with their valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer ID for tax reporting purposes upon request. As a condition of receiving the prize, each winner must provide their email address and sign and return any documents requested by Sponsor, including but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability.
All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of each winner. If a winner does not comply with these Official Rules, cannot be reached or contacted, is found to be ineligible, or declines acceptance of the prize for any reason, such winner will be disqualified and will forfeit all interest in a prize without any compensation to the winner, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner’s name, hometown, and likeness in any way, at any time, in any and all media, including for use in advertising and marketing, without limitation, without any additional approval or consideration.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE (I) SPONSOR AND THE OTHER SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH (A) THE SWEEPSTAKES OR (B) ANY PRIZE AWARDED, AND (II) YOUR REMEDIES FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE LIMITED TO YOUR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES OF PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF ANY).
The Sweepstakes Parties assume no liability and are not responsible for, and by entering the Sweepstakes or claiming or accepting any prize, you hereby waive and release the Sweepstakes Parties,your employer, Meta and Instagram from, any actions, claims, damages, losses or injuries of any kind (collectively “Claims”) arising in connection with the Sweepstakes and/or the receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation, Claims relating to: (i) the malfunction of any computer, telephone, network, satellite, hardware, software or communications line; (ii) unauthorized human intervention; (iii) incorrect, delayed or inaccurate transmission, winner notifications, prize claims or other information or communications relating to the Sweepstakes, or the failure to capture or transmit any such information; (iv) damage to any person’s computer or mobile device; or (v) any errors in these Official Rules, winner notifications or other announcements or communications relating to the Sweepstakes. In the event of any ambiguity or error(s) in these Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right to clarify or modify these Official Rules however it deems appropriate to correct any such ambiguity or error(s).
LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND PURSUE ALL OTHER REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including attempts made by the same individual to receive entries in excess of the stated limit(s) by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise) or acting in an unsportsmanlike, obscene, immoral, or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
If the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, for any reason, including without limitation, due to a force majeure event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, government orders, natural disasters, the effects of COVID-19 or any pandemic or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select a winner from a random drawing of all non-suspect, eligible entries submitted as of the time of cancellation or retain any and all prizes.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants and winners, and the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, and the forum and venue for any dispute relating to this Sweepstakes shall be in New York County, New York. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including by Reachdesk for fulfillment of the prizes in accordance with its privacy policy available at https://reachdesk.com/policy-center, and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor’s privacy policy available at https://www.dailypay.com/legal/privacy.
